Average appointment time: 1 hour
This is basically personal training while injured.
Your visit will likely combine exercise (ex: deadlifting, running, jumping, etc) and manual therapy (ex: massage, joint popping, dry needling, etc). Don’t worry, all exercise is scalable regardless of your physical condition. I’ll meet you where you’re at.
Each visit, we will reassess your symptoms and make modifications and progressions to your treatment and exercise program.
On average, I see patients 1-2x/week. Everything is individualized and customizable.
The expectation is that you see significant change within a few sessions.
You should come ready to work and anticipate homework in between sessions.
